She is a certified yoga instructor and licensed Mental Health Counselor that takes a holistic approach to therapy- integrating the wellness of mind, body and spirit.

    Mammes has served as a counselor, educator and presenter in the field of mindfulness and its impact on whole body wellness. She specializes in working with individuals and families dealing with issues that include anxiety, anger, trauma, depression, grief, relationship ,and adjustment issues.
