Social-Emotional Learning Differences Program Launches at Congregation B'nai Yisrael of Armonk

Congregation B'nai Yisrael of Armonk is launching a new program for students with both social-emotional differences and special needs learning differences this upcoming fall. This Westchester program will help students with special needs acquire the individualized resources they need to succeed in learning environments.

Students will learn in one to one or one to two/three groups for either a 30 minute or one hour session on a midweek afternoon with a certified special needs teacher. Children can be integrated into the larger classroom setting if the case is appropriate, or they can continue to learn in the smaller groups depending on the need.

Each family will be worked with individually to craft a curriculum that will work for their child.

For more information on the program and how to register, you can contact Melissa Cohavi at [email protected] or by calling 914-273-2220
