ProSwing has a variety of baseball and softball options for all ages and skill levels as well as a winter-break camp running from February 15th to 18th. Admission: Batting cage rentals available at rates of $25 for fifteen minutes, $30 for half an hour, and $60 for one hour. Batting cage tokens offer 20 pitches per token, with rates of $3 for one token, $10 for four tokens and $20 for nine tokens.
While this place is primarily known for ice skating all year round, they also provide batting cages that offer speeds from 40-85mph for softball and baseball. Patrons must bring their own bats and helmets at this time.

Ken Ulrich has taught baseball and softball for 20 years. Not only are instructors and coaching staff qualified from scholastic, collegiate, or professional ranks, but they also have experience in school teaching professions across the Rockland County area and possess communication skills to interact with children of all ages. Winter clinic sessions offered on Mondays and Wednesdays on January 4th, 6th, 11th, 13th 18th, 20th, 25th, 27th, February 1st, 3rd, 8th, 10th, 15th, 17th, 22nd, 24th, March 1st, 3rd, 8th, 10th, 15th, 17th, 22nd and 24th.
