Mommy, Music, & Me, Inc. Adds Two Class Locations in Queens

Mommy, Music, & Me, a licensed provider of Music Together classes, is scheduled to begin offering its music classes in Long Island City and Fresh Meadows.

Music Together^® through Mommy, Music, & Me, Inc. is a movement and music program which allows parents to share in musical play with their children newborn to 5 years through a variety of kinesthetic, auditory, and visual stimuli.

On Jan. 6, Mommy, Music, & Me, Inc., a licensed provider of Music Together^®, is scheduled to begin offering its program at the Long Island City Academy of Music in Long Island City and Pilates Bodies in Fresh Meadows. Mommy, Music, & Me, Inc. aims to provide a nurturing place for families to participate in and support their children’s musical, creative, social, and academic development.

Music Together is a parent-and-me music and movement program, suitable for children ages newborn to 5 years. Classes are mixed-aged, allowing siblings to attend the same class. Through a variety of kinesthetic, auditory, and visual stimuli, parents lead babies through movements and musical play. The program also uses a variety of instruments and props to inspire children’s imaginations as they follow the class movements.

Wendy DeAngelis, director and owner of Mommy, Music, & Me, says the program is about informal music exposure at a young age, preparing children for formal music training.
