Here are the dates and locations for New York International Children's Film Festival's Five Borough Tour:
- Oct. 7-8: Museum of the Moving Image
- Oct. 14-15: Staten Island Museum
- Nov. 11: My First Film Festival at Film Society of Lincoln Center
- Dec. 3: Made in NY Media Center
- To Be Announced: Bronx Museum of the Arts
According to its mission statement, NYICFF was founded in 1997 “to support the creation and dissemination of thoughtful, provocative, and intelligent film for children and teens ages 3-18.” Since its founding, the one weekend film festival has grown into the largest film festival for children and teens in North America. In addition to hosting an annual festival, NYICFF also hosts screenings for the general public across the country.
