Bryant Park Ice-Skating Returns to Delight Families this Holiday Season

Bryant Park Ice-Skating Returns to Delight Families this Holiday Season

Bryant Park Winter Village 2022 is open with free ice-skating, vendors and food.

Get ready to start your holiday shopping this month: The Bank of America Winter Village at Bryant Park announced it is returning this season starting Friday, Oct. 28, at 12pm. The annual event will feature its famous holiday market lined with lots of unique vendors and festive food offerings. And while there are plenty of options for skating in NYC, Bryant Park is home to the city's only free-admission ice-skating rink (time to start digging out those skates from last year!).

Winter Village at Bryant Park Activities

Whether you're an avid or amateur ice-skater, shopaholic, or foodie, spend a day at the village enjoying a variety of fun activities this season, including:

  • The Ice Rink: Open daily, the 17,000-square-foot rink is completely outdoors, and skate time and rentals can be reserved on the website. Each skating session is 55 minutes, and includes time for lacing up your skates and getting ready. New skate reservation dates will be released on a rolling basis throughout the season.

  • Holiday Shops: The open-air holiday market will be open daily, Oct. 28-Jan. 2. The village is still updating its list of shops, and will feature lots of merchants from New York City and around the world.

  • The Lodge: An open-air pop-up bar and food hall where visitors can cozy up with a festive cocktail or cup of hot cocoa, enjoy delicious eats, watch the ice-skaters, or admire the magnificent tree.

Officials will be announcing this year's holiday market merchants, dining options and upcoming seasonal programming throughout the season.
