Your Driver Is Here Offers Car Service for Minors

Your Driver Is Here, a unique car service, recently began offering rides in Westchester and Fairfield counties. The car service uses your own car to drive you where you need to go. The company also offers car service for minors.

Rob Anhouse started Your Driver Is Here as a new kind of service where qualified drivers use customers’ own vehicles for their traveling convenience. A driver will pick up customer at their home, use their car so luggage can be packed and loaded ahead of time or keep car seats installed, drop the customer off at their destination, and deliver the car back to the customer’s home. All drivers have clean driving records, are bonded, have background checks, and are insured.

“It is a safe, casual ride in your own car,” Anhouse says. “You get to know the drivers.”

Anhouse says many customers use the service to get to the airport, for evenings out when they don’t want to be responsible for driving, and for business, so they can get to New York City, or another destination, and work during the commute. Your Driver Is Here also offers rides for minors to places such as sports practices and games, proms, bar or bat mitzvahs, and more. Anhouse said the idea came from one customer who had to get to hockey practice early in the morning multiple times per week.

Airport drop-offs are a flat rate depending on starting location and to which airport customers are headed. Other rides are charged hourly at $33 per hour.

Your Driver Is Here currently serves Fairfield and Westchester county residents, and will take customers wherever they need to go.
