Long Island Studio of Music Now Offering NYSSMA Preparation

Long Island Studio of Music is now offering NYSSMA preparation on all instruments including voice, piano, guitar, violin, flute, and drums within their own homes. In-home lessons range from 30 minutes to 1 hour. The studio also offers group instruction and early childhood group music classes for ages newborn to 5 at various locations across Long Island.

The studio’s faculty is comprised of award-winning, professional musicians and educators. Instructors can prepare students for college auditions and recital opportunities are available.

All lessons are conducted by professional musicians, most of who received degrees from top music schools and conservatories and have performed in world-renowned stages, like the Metropolitan Opera House, Carnegie Hall, and Broadway. If a child is interested in learning several instruments, they may connect with one of the many instructors who are experienced in multiple instruments. Enrollment at Long Island Studio of Music occurs for the full semester, but kids may join at any point in the year. Families with several young musicians may also take advantage of a special discount.
