Upper East Side Nursery School to Offer New Free Classes for Infants, Toddlers and Parents

Upper East Side Nursery School to Offer New Free Classes for Infants, Toddlers and Parents

Beginning Friday April 20, Epiphany Community Nursery School (ECNS) presents two new exciting classes in our amazing 2100 square-foot gymnasium: 'Baby Mixers' for Infants 0 to 6 months old and 'Open Play' for children 6 months to 3 years old!

Looking for something to do for yourself and your new little one? Baby Mixers, for parents and babies 0-6 months old, are being held every Friday morning from 10am to 11am. Come to our baby-safe gym to meet and chat with other parents while your baby explores our safe environment, plays with toys, or just relaxes.

These sessions are FREE to all. As an added bonus, Sleep Consultant Mylee Zschech will be joining us for the first session on April 20 to speak with parents about baby sleep.

ECNS 'Open Play' takes place in our brightly colored and child-safe gym and is an unstructured playtime for children 6 months to 3 years old with an adult. We have age appropriate gym equipment including the slide, balance beam, rollers, and in-ground trampoline.

In this all-weather indoor space, children can play and explore safely. While they are having fun running, climbing, crawling, rolling and jumping, they are also building coordination and body awareness, and boosting gross motor development.

Being part of 'Open Play' also provides a social experience for your child. Open Play is offered on Fridays from 11am-12pm (starting April 20th) and Wednesdays from 2pm-3pm (starting April 25th). This is a drop-in class so no advance reservation is needed and each one-hour session is only $20 per child.

Every child must be accompanied by an adult and all participants must check in with the front desk and sign a gym waiver. Come try out these new offerings and bring a friend!

Epiphany Community Nursery School is located at 510 East 74th Street
