Health Insurance Company Opens New Office In Jamaica

Fidelis Care Jamaica Community Office opened in October 2015, in order to provide a convenient, walk-in location for people to apply for quality, affordable health coverage. This new office gives Fidelis Care the opportunity to provide local residents with personal one-on-one assistance, and serves as a neighborhood hub for workshops and community events.

Staffed with Fidelis Care Representatives who speak several languages (English, Spanish, Hindi, Urdu, and Gujarati), the 800-square-foot Jamaica Community Office is a one-stop shop where neighbors can get information about health insurance coverage and learn about Fidelis Care products.

"Our Fidelis Care Representatives make it as easy as possible to apply for enrollment, often meeting with people in their home, at one of our 12 NYC community offices, or at a mutually convenient location, like a library," Public Relations Manager at Fidelis Care New York, says.
