The First-Ever Play Fair Debuts in NYC

The First-Ever Play Fair Debuts in NYC

Toy lovers young and old can gather under one roof at the first-ever Play Fair, hosted by the Toy Industry Association (TIA) and LeftField Media.

Play Fair, presented by LEGO and Nickelodeon, is an all-ages event for everyone to interact with hands-on exhibits, brand new toys and products, and displays from toy and entertainment brands. It will take place on February 13-14 at the Javits Center in Hell’s Kitchen, and is timed to coincide with the large toy-industry trade convention Toy Fair.

Play Fair will feature the new Batmobile from Warner Bros. Pictures’ Batman v. Superman: Dawn of Justice, which will be released on March 25; Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle tunnels; a lightsaber training session from Hasbro; build-your-own LEGO cars to race down a ramp; and new products from NERF and Razor.

Characters such as SpongeBob SquarePants, Peppa Pig, Geoffrey the Giraffe from Toys ‘R’ Us, and the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, along with the cast of Nickelodeon’s show Game Shakers, will be in attendance. Comic creators, YouTube personalities such as Mommy and Gracie Show, KittiessMama, and DisneyCarToys, a best-selling author, and LEGO Master Builder will also make appearances to meet with Play Fair visitors.

Tickets are now on sale online or at select retailers across New York City for $30 each. Morning sessions run from 9:30am-1:30pm and afternoon sessions are from 3-7pm. For more information, visit the Play Fair website.
